Day from hell. Very bad day and I want this week to end. Work is completely awful and I just need a break. Just a little one.

Has anyone on my friends list seen Ghost Adventures on the Travel Channel? The show is extremely cheese factor and the host Zach is fucking hot!! The camera guy is hilarious and calls out "dude" every other sentence. Under educated folks can ghost hunt and make a TV series? Damn. I can hold a freaking camera and say, "dude" like every 5 minutes if they'd paid me to do so.

"Dude, I think that I just heard a voice".

I kicked ass, I took names, and the bitch who chewed me out came back for a second time. She ordered a drink and I made it for the bitch. The bitch came back and said that *I* was the best damn barista at Caribou and she took back every word she said to me,yesterday.

That's the evidence when I face my demons and stare them in the eyes. To me, that's a BIG fuck you. I feel accomplished and satisfied. Not only did she make a positive recommendation to my boss and district manager. She even said, "I'm sorry".

I left a pathetic whiny LJ post earlier and kept it to private. I think that I should keep whiny posts to private much more often. My mom decided to stay home and is feeling a little better, but wobbly.

I just had the most amazing hot bath and it just drowned my depressed anger about work away. Plus the swelling on my left food went away too. I believe that I have to buy new work shoe and I don't really want to do so. Too cheap to do it. lol

Ordered take out and about to go to bed after I eat.

So, lame having to go to bed no later than 9pm.

I heart my digital camera!! (hex61) gave me a digital camera and I've been highly addicted on taking photos. I hope that I am starting to get better at this and I really like taking shots of random people.

I know that this particular photo is a wee bit on the dark side. However, it really looks eerie and super cool. This was taken during the brain dance at Art-O-Matic. Some of my friends were dancing that night and I really like some of the pictures that I took.



I really like this one a lot. Even though it is a bit dark, the way she looked into my camera lenses really looks great.




This one is simply amazing with the mask and the dark frame around her.

Last be certainly never the least, is my friend Irene, from Cassandra Syndrome. We took this in the elevator on our way out of the building. I really had a great time at Art-O-matic. Thanks for making my weekend such jammed pack full of fun.


Super thanks goes over to oldsmobile_mike for fixing my camera so the pictures don't come out as dark. I actually got frustrated with my camera and he was a major big help. I just wish that he was there earlier to fix the issues that I had with the darkness of the photos. However, I really like the way some of the photos took place and I think one day I will just venture out and take random photos.
I'm off to bed sadly as I have to get up at 4 am and run a coffee show.

I have to take back every word that I said about this forum. I am really into facebook and its a new addiction for me. Great. Why can't I just have one addiction, like, sex and just leave it at that. I like the fact that you can chat with your friends and they've made this site very easy to use. A couple of people were telling me this and I guess that I just did not want to remember another password. lol

In other words, I think that I have a cavity and I really need to eventually go to the dentist. I've just have had so much work on my mouth that I am literally terrified of going. I fear of pulling another tooth and I don't want that. Believe me. I don't want that at all.

I feel rested today as I took a great long nap after work. My boss has given me the morning shift all week and I have to wake up at 4 to serve for caffeine deprived people. I'm just glad that I get enough hours and I get to leave early. That is always a bonus for me and I like to do errands during the day and get home early enough to have lunch and dinner. The down fall is that I can't go out during the evening very late. I did not have a problem last night as I got home around 11:30pn. That gave me almost five hours of sleep and I was functioning pretty well actually.

Tonight I am going to cook dinner at home and watch silly stuff on TV. I just wish that I had someone to watch my silly stuff with.

My fourth of July was actually pretty productive and I managed to go out three nights in a row. I am glad that I kept busy and I really had a great time. I really don't want to go to work today as I really enjoyed my three day weekend. It was so nice to not have a set schedule and it was great playing everything by ear. I actually saw the fireworks on the metro bus heading over to Spellbound on Saturday and that was fun.

My facebook account is already flooded with people adding me and me finding others, of course. If you want to add me just look my full name up. (Carolynn Anderton)

Art-o-Matic was great except the band delays and I felt bad about the bands having to put up with shitty sound guys. Granted, these sound guys are doing this volunteering only and I understand that. But not everyone can be perfect. The bands were really good and I enjoyed Cassandra Syndrome and Red this Ever. I just felt bad that Red this Ever were only able to play four songs. However, the even was fun and I had a great time seeing art and taking pictures with friends. Don't worry folks, you'll see some photos. Esp. tunath13 and one_andrea

I'm off to help the coffee deprived people for the morning and I better get ready to leave.

Prior to a live journal post that I swore up and down that I would never get a facebook account, I did. I failed my own addictions and that bothers me a little bit. However, I am just getting use to the account and I think that I added people? I am uncertain about this and I may just ignore it, but I have one for future DJ gigs and parties that I still like to promote. A friend told me last night that this is a good way to network as well and I am simply using this tool. I am afraid, that I went over to the dark side. If you can't beat em', join em'?

Earlier today I had lunch with my friend Juan and we went to the zoo. I wanted to see the Gorilla's and it was not the best experience in my opinion. Yeah, I really wanted to see a Gorilla puke and then eat its puke while all the cute little children said, "ewwww".

Of course the tourists ate it up picture wise and Juan and I looked at each other and I said,"oook oook, pleah". We just laughed our asses off and then we ventured over to see some amazing birds. At least they were intelligent enough to not eat their bird poop.

I am home for a brief moment and Juan split as well. However, we are both heading over to Spellbound. Decided to not go over to Dirks party after all and I'm just going to be pretty local tonight.

Yesterday was the highlight of my day and it was great to see Peter Murphy live. The old man can still kick it and really put on a good show. I have several options today and I am conflicted on what to do actually. Parts of me wants to rest and other half of my mind is still undecided.

If I don't go out this will not be a bust as I will be attending the very last Art-o-Matic this Sunday. (which is tomorrow) Red this Ever and Cassandra Syndrome are playing live at Art-o-Matic. I have to make it an early night because I have to be at the store no later than 5:30am. Grrr.

I just wish that I was not so conflicted.

I ordered take out and brought it home. Spicy Tuna, Makeral, and a Dynamite Roll. Yum. Yum. Yum.

Today was so bad I cannot even describe it in words. Its super hot at the store and I felt dehydrated. I drank plenty of water and I had a great lunch. However, I dunno how long that I can take the heat anymore. I also just found out that because of the heat and the conditions of the store, I will be off Friday and Saturday. Loss of hours, however, I will at least be in a air conditioned apartment this weekend.

over Julien (spelling?) K last night at Jaxx. My GOD that man was half nekki and he could be singing the theme to Green Acres if all I care on stage. Damn. It was all great until Combichrist screwed it up with all the fucking moshing. Shit, I couldn't handle it and I tried to stay for at least three songs.

It was great to get my dancing on at least and drool over hot tattoo sexyness. Wow. "sigh"
Its back to getting ready for work. I woke up late as my ALARM did not go off. For some reason it was set and it did not go off!!

The only problem is that I don't know my waist numbers and I don't know if it would fit me. The color is super pretty and this is the part about me being broke.However, in my head, I am programmed to window online shop and drool only. Therefore, my responsibilities suck and I really want that corset. I also want to have the girl who was wearing the corset too. Yum!! (meaning, that would be an even better birthday present!!)

I just found out that we might be closed both Friday and Saturday!! Why, you ask? Well, apparently, our lovely building upstairs will be closed both Friday and Saturday due to the federal holiday weekend. Which means, that it will be hot as HELL inside our building and my boss just told us that if the A/C is shut down; to have a great weekend and I'll see you on Monday!

Please for the love of Christ himself, I hope that I have a three day weekend. :)

thanks for those who called or emailed me to get out last night. The band actually really kicked ass and I really had a great time with dancy goodness. The weather was perfect, I did not drink that much and I feel great this morning. On top of that, it was the highlight that helped me escape my dreadful work week.

I have another crappy work week coming up and I have to work the 4th. In a non-A/C environment. ;/

If anyone is having a barbecue that day, please drop off some as I am missing out of the festivities. :(
